Used to train legs hard and when I was in the groove of training them probably 3 times a week they never got unbearably sore. Started getting knee problems so now I only do minimal leg work (no squats or deadlifts) once a week.
Edit: I didn't quit bc I'm too lazy to train legs. I had a little over a 4 plate squat and 5 plate deadlift. No matter how hard I trained them they weren't going to make my calves grow so I decided it wasn't worth the recurring knee problemsLast edited by AngusPeppered; 07-02-2016 at 08:38 PM.

I dont do legs cuz legs are genetic. Plus i dont wanna have to get hip and knee replacement when im 60 just because i "did leg day" back in the day.
Hips and knees werent designed for having "leg days", they are made to last only long enough so you can walk and run until your like 80. Nothing more.
Just lmao.Keep rep trading out of your sig line miss

I hate legs b/c :
1. The bar on my traps hurts like absolute hell because it literally rubs my bones. My arms can't do much to stop it and they bend uncomfortably if I try to ease the pressure. My wrist is also bummy.
2. Front squats make my vision blur in and out- sometimes I'm seeing black dots and white dots and my face wants to explode.
3. Not once will I ever want to be over 6ft tall and 166lbs. Imagine being the size of me in 8th grade but 4 inches taller. Yikes.

Will training legs correlate over to running?
The only reason i don't train legs regularly is i run 4-5 times a week and the DOMS (lasts about 5 days) from training legs affect my running schedule so i never train them only occasionally, also i was under the impression that bigger legs will make running more difficult can anyone chime in
