That's exactly what I'm doing now as I just started to put the pieces together on dairy and my feelings of nausea. I was consuming a 1.5 liters of chocolate milk plus a pint of ice cream 3-4x/week and that likely has led to some of these issues. Gonna have get creative with calories or just start crushing pizza everyday. ha

Yesss matee. I had the same feels this week. Managed to get 46kg incline for a full set of 8 and my flat bb bench has tipped into playing with 120kg. Its a good week!
EDIT: Most commercial gyms have db's that finish at 50kg... so if we get there... did we make it? Have we completed the gym? Can you complete the gym? Is this a game? How old am I?My log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=156680083

Be careful with the shoulder, that would be a grim injury. On this hour im a bit lost at the mo. My girlfriend (she's posted in here before) is away and its so strange not having her round so im sipping some wine steady away. Strange being on your own in the flat and not having someone else counting macros etc (making my food + adding it to mfp for me aha). She's back tomorrow so ill regain my sanity and routine then

Update as promised. The Beef wellington + chips doesn't quite look as spectacular in the image as it actually was. Was perfectly medium rare. Somehow our chit oven managed to burn it a bit... Cooking instructions - 200 degrees for 25 mins. Our oven is a ridiculous pile of crap so I set it to 130 degrees and set a 15 minute timer. Perfectly cooked in the middle, burnt on the outside. Was hnnng as phuck tho. Still got the wine and chocolates to go. You american's are deffo missing out on M&S (old people asside).
Picked Grace (lululemonfresh ^) up from the train station and the first thing she asked was 'ive been home all weekend without a gym, can we train chest?'. Strong everything. So after drinking all weekend consuming almost negative protein for 3 days I lost a good few reps all round. Although huge PR's set by her which made up for my piss poor performance.
Happy valentines day everyone. x

Strong updates ITT. Congrats on the pressing (and thrusting) boys. Lifted with my woman today, and have been eating like a king all day. 2 5,000+ calorie days in the last week, am I cutting right?
No PRs for me, but lots of solid volume on upper body today. Paused 5x5 squats and lower body tomorrow.Bench 280x1 Dead 415x1 OHP 185x1, Chins 90x5x5 Goals: 200x1 OHP, 100x5x5 chins, 315x1 Bench, 225 Front Squat

Haha yeah. Its an important task.
Haha ^ I did the exact same over the weekend, although I think I hit the calorie goal in alcohol alone. (ooops). Im currently sat in a two hour lecture on systemic and pulmonary circulation delivered by the most boring guy I have ever had the displeasure to come across. Rocking 0 calories so far. Needs to be amended. My log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=156680083

Just got back from Bavaria after a 3 day ice hockey tournament. It was brutal since we were short manned. A lot of skating and a lot of drinking. We made it to the semis but our lack of bench took it's toll. My legs are feeling it!
Also went to the highest peak in Germany. It was fecking cold!
Only 363 days until next years tournament. Time to start training."Milk is for babies. When you grow up you have to drink beer." - Arnold

She's pretty serious about it, only been into it a year or so but she's making good progress. She grabbed the bar a little too early spotting me on bench, but she learned quick
Bet you ate something else as well, didn't you?
Dang, most I've done with 175 was a grinder set of 4 lol. Strong
Das it mane. Sounds like a great time.
Had some hip pain on squats today, really annoying. Right side, right on the front/top of the quad where it meets the hip I guess. Was fine leg pressing/hack squatting/leg extensions but squatting was painful.Bench 280x1 Dead 415x1 OHP 185x1, Chins 90x5x5 Goals: 200x1 OHP, 100x5x5 chins, 315x1 Bench, 225 Front Squat

You guys have shoulder pain while pressing DB? That's weird compared to most having trouble with BB pressing and shoulders. The best thing I ever did for my shoulders was take a 5lb plate inbetween warmup sets on first pressing exercise and do external rotations with elbow tucked into side. 10-15, don't want to get tooooooo pumped. Haven't had a problem in years as long as I stick to that.
UKBrah. Your oven is off. I highly suggest dropping something like $5 or rupies or pesos or whatever u brahs use over there and getting you an oven thermometer. Set temp, come back and check against thermometer. Never guess again.
Valentine's day was great--me and gf both had to study for Tues tests (she's in pharm school too, but ahead of me). We just gave each other cards and chocolate (she gave me candy too and said "you're bulkin bruh" lulz). Hit the gym. And that was it really. Tuesday tests = loss of weekend = ****ty. Got another test Friday after I nail this one in the morning, and then a super difficult one I need to start studying for the Fri after that. Am I gonna make it brahs?Use coupon code BEARD for 5% off your order at truenutrition.com

Well I had like a dozen chocolate covered strawberries so I guess, yeah.
Sounds like you got a little impingement going on.
Try out this guy:
You mean like this but with plates?
It be better to utilize one of the following as ^that one doesn't really do anything besides crank on your biceps tendon since you're negating the input of gravity to the rotator cuff and just give the bicep some weak work.

Yea, that's how I do it (with plates). But I don't move at the elbow (because it does crank on biceps tendon) and try and just use my external rotators. It gets them stupid pumped so I know I'm doing it right for what my goal is...
But the banded version is way better. Or I guess cable machine will work too. I'm just used to grabbing a 5lb plate because it's right there and I'm lazy lolUse coupon code BEARD for 5% off your order at truenutrition.com

Got the 120s up for 5,4,4 reps on flat DB bench today, followed by 2 sets of 105x8. Had never touched the 120s, was hoping for 3 sets of 3-4 reps, so getting 5 on the first set was an awesome surprise.
Really needed that session, last couple lifts have been mediocre.Bench 280x1 Dead 415x1 OHP 185x1, Chins 90x5x5 Goals: 200x1 OHP, 100x5x5 chins, 315x1 Bench, 225 Front Squat
