Billy has died. He didn't give his new class/kids any candy so they killed him. RIP OP

LOL. True story.
Sorry, guys. Been super busy! Getting the class set up and all the administrative tasks at the beginning of the school year equates to long hours! On the plus side, I have an amazing 3rd grade class. Starting from the beginning of the year is a huge plus, because I can implement classroom management MY WAY from day one. The kids are quiet when I ask them to be, they walk in a straight quiet line, they call me "sir" a lot of times, tons of please and thank you's... it's just a great start. Super happy with that .
Lifting wise, I've been deloading. My body needed it and I figured since I would be incredibly busy, it was as good a time as any. I will be back to hitting it starting Friday when I meet up with Inna and JP for an upper body session after work . Thoughts on meeting JP
Cool, chill guy who I can see myself partying with & enjoying a meal with & was easy to talk to. He is someone that I can see myself putting my neck out for.
He looks a LOT bigger in person than in pictures. Looks pretty lean all around.. Wide back/taper
Coming off a flight I was amazed at him just repping 275 on Bench easy
I might have forgot some stuff but yeah
Me, JP, & Billy Bnizzle

Funny you mention healthy because now I'm sick lol. I caught it early enough with the zicam, peroxide, vitamin c, vitamin d and garlic (what I typically use--not combined, but separately of course haha). I was pretty sick yesterday but feel a heck of a lot better today. Still turned into a full blown cold, but I think the severity of it was limited big time by my supplementation. Not to mention I literally sat on my butt yesterday other than running to get some cold medicine .
Couldn't agree more! Longevity > short lived gains.
Hear, hear.
Bro, I see your muffin and raise you two croissants.
Gotta roll with the punches! And I agree. I now know I cannot tolerate any type of potato. Sucks, but it's the truth!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Going to just give highlights from my previous two workouts (prior to today) and explain why I decided to lift today when sick.
9/4/15 Upper Hyper Highlights
Incline Bench: 210x8
9/5/15 Lower Hyper Highlights
Squat: 225x12/245x12
Hack Squat: 3PPSx8
Today's Upper Session While Sick
Bench
225x10 (3 sets)
Slow Pec Dec Fly
130x10 (2)
Hammer Pull Ups
bwx8, 7, 7, 7, 7
Lateral Machine
55x15 (5 sets)
Misc.
Took it light today. As you can see, my volume was much lower too. I decided to lift because I do not have a fever and I am feeling much better. Since I have the day off from work, I can take my time and get a little sweat going. If I had nausea, diarrhea, chills, bad body aches, I would not have lifted. But since I haven't any of those symptoms, I decided to get a quick and easy one in. I tried to stay away from people so as to not spread any germs. That was the ONLY reason I didn't want to go; I didn't want to infect other people .*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
