Ok let me hear what you think of this
6am- protein shake 20g
7:45am-8 egg whites, grape fruit
10:am- 1 bowl oatmeal, 1 can tuna
11:30am- Animal Pak
Noon: Green Salad 2 chicken breast \
3m- Protein Shake 20g
4m- 3 tablets Nitrix
5m 1 scoop Superpump250
During Workout take Sizeon
6-7pm Post Workout
45 g protein shake, With regentionx shake including, 5g leucine, 5g Phenylalanine and 25 grams Dextrose
9pm- Muslce Milk Shake and Bed
Would this be good diet and supplemention.

Really just trying to drop body fat and keep muscle mass and gain some strength. Oh and on the Nitrix I only take one serving before i workout but i do not need to be getting pumped and have veins pop out all day. I just take the one serving before i workout so i can get the benfits that way and the products last longer. And to tell you the truth i've used the product both ways and the results are about the same
