During Workout take Sizeon
6-7pm Post Workout
45 g protein shake, With regentionx shake including, 5g leucine, 5g Phenylalanine and 25 grams Dextrose
9pm- Muslce Milk Shake and Bed
Would this be good diet and supplemention.
