Got this one done in just about an hour. Was pleased with the pace I was keeping and the weights moved a bit easier than last week. A win-win! Next week I will be SUPER busy because I have training for work. Hopefully we can squeeze something in.
I thought it was most gooder, too .
It was Frankenberry, but close enough .
Inna wanted to teach his gf stick and she was too scared to learn on his car lol.

59 is not that bad depending on whats in the gym, I Am sure they will have some good equipment in it.
I pay 50 and my gym is pretty solid, not great but better then average. And lifetime is for people who want to go to a gym to say they got a workout in before golfing or before a big business meeting.
Super Clean and nice , but its a fitness/health club not a gymTrying to improve day in and day out.

What a crazy day. I woke up at my normal time (just before 5 am) because I had a long training seminar to attend on cultural diversity. It was a paid training (since it's outside of my contract hours) and was optional, but I need 45 hours recorded during my first two years if I want to continue to increase my pay--which I do lol. It was very informative and went by rather quickly. I rushed home to make a "weight gainer" shake because I was behind on macros and hit the gym. After the gym I quickly changed and headed to church, then to work on team planning. It was time for bed when all was said and done. What a lovely Saturday . I am recording my Monday Munchies today, so it might be a little late. We'll see! Trying man!
Ugh mine is a piece of garbage. That's what I get for saving a few bucks buying generic lol.
Glad to have you, dude. Thanks for the kind words .*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Super happy with how the workout went. Form was on point and I have been getting better at breathing properly during squats. Things are starting to feel solid/tight. You went to a 12-month school?? I had no idea!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Typically worse on lower fiber. It really doesn't matter too much though. Gastroparesis is what it is; you eventually get discomfort from things backing up at some point. Fiber makes no difference as the motility issue is caused by the intestines not contracting properly to digest the food at a steady rate :/
