been watching all your videos lately, inspirational as **** dude, I have a very similar mindset as you when it comes to doing heavy singles. currently doing the 20 rep squats that you recommensed.

did you really do no carbs when you cut down back when you were still natty? I'm finally cutting now and im doing very low carbs.

and how many calories do you eat right now?

How does carb loading work? Have heard a lot about powerlifters doing this recently. More interested in how many carbs to consume and what time in relation to training to do so. Also... 900+ pull?

God damn, I look up to Vince as a lifter but that's just an attitude problem.

George got a few questions for you, you're a big inspiration for me especially when I'm in the kitchen debating whether or not I should eat something else before going to bed in the evening. As are your videos especially the ones about mindset and aggression.

-How long has it taken you to adjust to using a hook grip? Did you try doing grip work etc before deciding to scrap a mixed grip and make the switch? I've never dropped a deadlift but was thinking about changing over purely because I was sitting front row at the GPA worlds when Odell tore his bicep pulling 400kg and the nose it made still echoes through my head every time I walk up to the bar and I never want that to happen to me

-Do you ever pull with a stiff bar in training? or do you feel like its most advantageous to be using the same equipment as you will be come competition (or testing in the gym).

Yes, they are dating, but there seems to be a legitimate rivalry between the two. George even has a recent deadlift video where he screams, "Suck my dick, Vince!" at the end of one of the reps. Personally, I think George is stronger than Urbank which is why I want him to claim the latter's record. From what I've seen on ******** where he condescends newer lifters, Vince is a real class ass.

George has been hinting at cutting to 308, which is the weight category Vince competes in, so I'm hoping he'll finally claim that deadlift record and shut Urbank up for good.

Vince isn't trolling; it seems like he legitimately doesn't like babyslayer. Check out babyslayer's post on page 4 where he explains his relationship with Vince.

If Geoleeman spends the next couple of workouts ensuring his hook grip will hold under heavier loads up to 900+, it would be awesome if he picked a meet and took the record the following week. I think he can do it. Even if it's only a pound over Urbank's 906, that will be enough to shut the rat bastard up and cement George's place as one of the GOATs.
