The commercial is advertising that the website has the best source of information regarding local people and real-estate. Arnold represents delusional or generic real-estate agencies by claiming to know the people; however, they do not. This ignorance is expressed by Arnold thinking that the bearded waiter is a woman.

I get it now. HAHA! Very funny. Australia gets confused with Austria often in other countries. And Arnold is obviously not in Austria in this AD. So... I guess "only trust a local" is the message.

Yeh, there's a few others related to these that have been on TV here. I don't like them.
They portray Arnie as an idiot lol, and this is generally against everything he stood for!
And seriously, does Austria ever get confused with Australia? Ive never heard of that.

I mean, icould now jnstantly tell you at least 35 states of the usa, no big thing, i have never been inthe usa, until yet, ...but maybe it s because i am also interested in politics and geographics, i dunno...
