I'll have no idea about the macros of the meal. Just makes it tricky because I'll more than likely go over. My normal lunch is like 350 calories.... it's definitely going to be more at a restaurant.
Meeting with clients to discuss work, over lunch.
I can't....
I think this is the most macro friendly meal....

Just because it's on your plate that doesn't mean you have to eat it.
Most decent restaurants have some kind of low cal/skinny menu selection that will allow you to eat like half of what they bring and only be 350 cals, esp lunch portions. I'd be looking for a 6oz salmon with a basic side item like rice myself. Bet they have it.

Its filling if u make it right i guess, but whenever i made it b4 - it always felt like a rock formed inside the right side of my stomach. I think it was dat dere xanthan gum.
Still plan on making some again when hunger hits an all time high...probably in a week since then ill be done with my EC stack, which means im fuked

It's filling for how many cals it is. You need some frozen fruit in there it helps. Berries work best.
My go to is:
1 scoop casein
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup almond milk
Blend all in a blender. Should make like almost a solid mass. Dump into a bowl or electrical mixer and whip it for a few min. Will volumize quick.
