TFW had a great pump from all the carbs in the burrito but the pic I took was in washed up lighting. I was debating changing my avi to it too. Stupid fking lighting. No joke, but lighting can turn a DYEL ******* into Mr. Olympia.

It's just bc he asked for advice then basically ignored it then argued that he was right.

Nah man, I was fat as fuk the year before that and I just noticed how everyone around me changed. Strong fukin 180. When you lift peoples reactions about you change too, but not as much as when u slim down from previously being fat as fuk. Was a life changing experience lol srs finding out how shallow ppl are

Nothing I can really do about it. If I was taller it would be different story but it is what it is. I'm actually fine with 1400 cals. If Thats what it takes for me to drop weight then so be it. If I were eating 2500 cals I would probably gain close to 2lbs a week probably lol

No, not 100% sure. Just been going off how my body reacted last years cut. Cut at about the same cals and was looking a pound a week sometimes more if I had a good diet week. Definitely in for advice if I'm doing this wrong.
I was basically the same weight at the start of my cut last year. Done goofed over the winter/spring and gained it all back.SCC

Well last cut my goal was about 1550. I did dip below that at some points but generally ate around that amount (plus refeeds). This time I've started on around 1620. I recorded a loss the first week so hopefully I can continue on something like this. It's much more manageable in terms of my appetite.

Maybe she can talk to me about my 1900 cal diet Hit 'cut PRs' in the weight room every day this week, das it. Then again, my Friday/Saturday binge (and thus, 2400 cal/day average) awaits me - das not it mane.
Fuuuu - spent so much time at work already this week, already at 45 hours or so. Time to go ham on some chicken (no pun) and jello (no CaptQ) and light caesar dressing/spinach salad (hnnghh, dat taste). PB toast and maybe another fiber 1 bar should wrap up the calories nicely.
Hope everyone is getting ready for a good upcoming weekend.
Edit: Speaking of weekends - I forgot you have your second show coming up this weekend. Everything looking much fuller this time around? pissening progress the last few pages too gents, gjdm
had the most pissening workout today.
-15min stairmaster warmpu
-squats, leg curls, hammy curls, calves
-45 minutes stairmaster to end it
this was definetly the most sweaty i ever got in my whole life. before i went to gym - i was outside tanning + took 3 doses of ec stack today = the sweatiest mthfkr on the planet was seen

Getting yucky with the boyz tomorrow doe. plan is to have mostly protein + some fats tomorrow, hit the gym for shoulders&arms, small protein meal for post workout and then get yucky
will i make it?
going to keep water to a minimum too, dont want to be bloated as chit when i go out

LOL jerk! There's no way he should be eating 1400 cals. His metabolism has to be damaged, if not it's well on the way to crashing.
And yup, here's how I'm looking for this show (1 or 2 nights ago, look even fuller and vascular today!!) . Weighed 185lbs tonight Gonna do NOVICE middleweight this time bc it goes up to 186lbs. I'll make that easy tomorrow night without any real manipulation. Plus I'll be able to get all of my spray tan sessions in this time so I'll be much darker, especially in my midsection!
