You know how they make those black boxes in airplanes able to survive any crash and keep functioning? Why don't they build the whole plane the same way?

Will I get hyooge from doing d'bell flyes and curls in the sqwat rack. My legs grow real fast just by walking and I don't want to be too out of proportion.
Why do videos always seem to slow down in the afternoon?
