I find cooking with large amounts of spice and turmeric helps a lot.
I also add eggs, bean sprouts or sweet potatos when I am hungry, those would fill you in for not so many calories.Rugby, Judo, Basketball, MMA Fighter Crew (4-0).

I recommend not using appetite suppressants at all.
No supplement or medication on this spectrum is without potential side effects. Learn to control your appetite and eating habits naturally and you'll be better off in the long run.
