Diuretics and Appetite Suppressents

I'm a Figure competitor. I was wondering if anyone recommends and certain diuretic or appetite suppressents for 2 weeks out from a show up until a few hours from a show....

I'm having killer cravings....
I also am flying right before my show and don't want to hold water.

I've heard good things about SHOWTIME by Scivation if you are looking for one without caffeine or SAN Shredded if you are ok with the caffeine.

As far as appetite supression, just pick up some Higher Power HOODIA.

Diuretic I know my friend (hollandc) was told by her nutrtionist to use Dandelion root and I dont remember the dosnig of it..but it worked really well! ALRI Venom Hyperdrive took away cravings/hunger it was pretty cool! Give it a shot or the stuff Stone Cold mentioned.

Dandelion Extract is one of the keys to Diuretics, which is why I recommended Showtime as it is based on Dandelion Extract / Uva Ursi. The Uva Ursi is designed to help with a normal urinary tract and is often used as a post-partum diuretic.

Venom is a good overall fat burner but I personally think that the 'stim' of it might be a bit much for an edgy showtime prep.

Yea I just know that she used only D.root And she won her Pro card haha..


I would want that extra bit of energy especially getting closer to a show though

Hoodia huh...I hear that's great stuff. I've never tried it.

Animal cuts made me lose 7lbs in a week. Not too bad

I said to take SAN Shredded with at least a gallon of water. Is that even pre contest. Because I didn't drink a gallon and ended up holding water....
