Probably best to open a history book than ask religious people.
With regards to the Roman shiz, Judea (roughly modern Israel) was a Roman province at the time. Crucifixion was a popular form of execution where the prisoner would die after roughly 3-4 days from either starvation/exposure, the pain or from their heart giving out due to the pressure put on it from the way the arms were positioned. It wasn't uncommon for those crucified to be stuck with a spear to speed the dying up because they would make a hell of a noise (and mess).Nod and say g'day to everyone I make eye contact with

The jewish people at the time were basically running things with all their 'laws' and 'rules' to love God. they also used that fear to control people with the fear that if they didn't do everything they asked they would go to hell
Jesus came along and said its not like that, God loves you as you are and it undermined the Jewish leaders at the time. so they set him up. They had Judas , Jesus boy, get paid to turn over Jesus to the local authorities - the Romans.
they had a law of blasphemy, which the penalty was Death. they asked Jesus if he was God. He said Yes. So by law they had to crucify him even though they Admitted Jesus really didn't do anything wrong.
So the Romans gave him the cross but the Jewish leaders set it up

Bible is split into two; (Well Catholic Atleast)
Old Testament - before Jesus,
New Testament - After Jesus
Bible was created after Jesus, and was the works of his disciples.
What the Jews (Remember Jesus was also a jew) Studied would be an earlier version of the torah.
According to Christianity he died on the cross & resurrected 3 days later.
Hence the holiday "Easter" & why no red meat on friday (Death of christ) & the eggs on sunday symoblize creation & birth.
If i missed anything let me know, At work.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Bible is a Christian text, and Christianity came after Christ (hence the name). Judaism was the religion that was practiced in that region.
The last bit, debatable. Scriptures have been rewritten so many times, with bits taken out or bits added in. It is possible he was taken down from the cross when they thought he was dead but probably just unconscious, with him regaining consciousness for a short time being taken as a "resurrection" rather than a "resuscitation".Nod and say g'day to everyone I make eye contact with

Many say Judas killed him, because due to him betraying Jesus, the events eventually led to his death.
But Pontius Pilate is the one who gave the order. Funny as it sounds, when Jesus was brought before Pilate, Pilate found no wrongdoing of Jesus. He was peer pressured by the angry crowd awaiting outside to hear his sentence as well as his advisers.
Conclusion? Pilate found no wrongdoing of Jesus, yet still sentenced him to death because of the agry crowd and his adviser. Also, he feared that he would be voted out of office if he did not make this sentence.Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

It was the women who saw Jesus first. Then the 12 saw him. Some before others. Since they were not all together.
Then Jesus stayed on earth for 40 days fellowshipping with those who came to see him, i think. It doesn't say what he did during most of that time. Just that up 400 people saw him. Just says he ate meals with people and hung out."Don't be envious when the grass is greener on the other side because you don't know how much crap it took to fertilize that ground.
Are you ready? "Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins. (John 8:24).

some did and some didn't. it was a matter of faith. some people thought Jesus was crazy, some thought of him as a political person; the story of him riding into town on the donkey , some say was his way of making fun of Caesar who had grand entrances into town. some people believed him as the Messiah expected to save Gods people as stated in the old test. so they followed.
