With or without a shirt on?
I say 200lbs with clothes on.
You can be 175 and look like you lift without a shirt on.US Army 1998-2020

But I'm at ~15 % bf and I'm going to cut for a sixpack now.

I'd say about 200lbs
"Powerlifters shout at bodybuilders because bodybuilding produces mountains of muscle tissue with no functional purpose. Strongman competitors look down on powerlifters because there's more to strength than a one-rep max in three lifts performed with a minuscule range of motion. Olympic lifters, if you can find them, get to feel smug because every 4 years, you can turn on the TV at 3 AM and see them compete for gold. And everyone hates on CrossFit."

In the army max weight for someone 5'11" was 185 lbs (192 lbs for someone 6'). You could go over that but when you did you would need to be body fat tested (military tape test standards) to ensure your were not fat. In the military only two types of people got tape tested, the big guys and the fat guys. So just my personal opinion if you were above that and still lean (12% or less) I would consider that big enough to at least show you look like you lift. My personal gold standard goal is still to reach that 200 lbs - 10% but I'm happy with anything over 192 lbs & lean.

185-200 at 10ish % bf.
could look like you lift to the general public probably at 165, but im talkin misc standards here and how you look also depends on your frame and insertions and other chit not just weight.Any posts made by me are purely fictional in nature and by no means is anything I say to be taken seriously.
