Examine.com has the most comprehensive creatine analysis I've seen anywhere; I can't post the direct link as my post count is too low, but search for it on the site and it'll come up.
The short version: no, it doesn't seem to have any influence on growth hormone levels (IGF-1 entry in the table, for instance), but it does have notable effects on power output, lean mass, and muscle growth; it lets you get just a little more out of your workouts, which adds up to bigger results in the long run.

There is a study that looked at that, but it's from 2000, and I couldn't find any follow up studies. The sample population is pretty small, also I couldn't find much info on the study participants, since I can't get my hands on the full article.

I would stick to a basic mono. Any company would do. Mono is also pretty cheap. For future reference, there are some designer creatine choices available such as our HCL product Creacore. Creacore is the best value for a product in its class currently. It also tastes amazing.
Another hcl product that is good is Con-CRET.

What is the difference between Bodybuilding.com Foundation Series: Micronized Creatine and Dymatize: Micronized Creatine or others, other than that the BB Creatine is $14.97 pr. 1000 grams, and the other one(s) is $18.98 + pr. 1000 grams?

Creatine monohydrate is just one form of creatine. There is also creatine hcl and many other forms of creatine. Creatine mono is the cheapest of them, and the most utilized.
When it comes to choosing a specific creatine mono products its not that it cheaper is better, its just that for the most part creatine mono (coming from trusted brands) is creatine mono, and you may as well save yourself a couple dollars.Official MuscleTech Representative

3-5 grams per day for the for the first 30 days, then you can switch to 3-5g only on workout days (a few times a week). If thats too complicated you can just stick with the 3-5 grams per day, everyday. Take it whenever you want, and however you want. A lot of people just throw it in a protein shake. Make sure you drink tons of water throughout the day and stay adequately hydrated.

I decided to support the BB community and bought the Bodybuilding.com Micronized Creatine (Creatine Monohydrate).
Should one do a loading phase? Or just take 3-5 grams every day for 3-4 weeks?
Should one take 3-5 grams every day after saturation, or just on workout days (3-4 days a week)?Legendary MISC thread in the making --> https://tinyurl.com/yafbg9zw
