I'm in some trouble brahs?
I really want to impress a girl at a Halloween party on Oct 31st.
I'm 5'9-182-10% bodyfat
I NEED to be shredded for Halloween which is 20 days away roughly
Current diet
Cals-2500
Fat-107
Carbs-40
Protein-330
Zero fat Carb Refeeds every 4 days to increase leptin levels.
Lifting and 10 mins cardio every day
I would like to retain muscle but I already have a decent 6 pack but will do whatever it takes to get obliques and seradis by October 31st.
Advice, tips, input? Please help me

Well its plain to see why you arent already shreaded at 5 9" and 182lbs. You need to hit the mid 170s. 330 grams of protein. Please tell me thats a mistake right? You will not reach your ripped up look anytime soon with such a surplus of protein in your system.
Understand this fast. The body will use any excess protein in your body FIRST as an energy source. And your fat stores wont get touched. Its becoming very apparent why so many of you guys are killing yourselfs to get cut with SLOW INFERIOR RESULTS.
Cut your protein intake down to about 120 grams per day IMMEDIATELY!! And do three intense cardio sessions per week and you will start lowering your BF and getting ripped.
It will not be no 20 days though 20 weeks maybe. If all this girl cares about is a 6 pack shes not worth your time anyhow. Impress her with your charm and personality. And she will be impressed with the ongoing change in your physique if you take this advice. I am going from 223.5 BF 32% to 165 BF 8% cut in 7-8 months, no lost muscle mass. And I Know what im doing. Ive never ever bulked. Its a fools game. A pure waste of time. Contrary to the belief you must become a fat bastard to gain muscle mass. I have put inches on my body. Never eating more than around 120 grams of protein a day. And not being afraid of healthy fats too. And moderate complex carbs.
Lets get something straight. Im not saying the way I do it is the ONLY way to do it. But it works for me, and if what youre doing isnt cutting it. Maybe its time to try another way inderstand?
Ive seen guys waste YEARS with this bulking cutting crap. And still look like a skinny fat guy.
Put a heavy weight on a muscle and its going to grow. The nutrition side is where many are getting it wrong. And I tell you something else. Alot of people who think a high protein diet is going to be effective are on something stonger. Thats when excess goes out the window.
If you want to make go solid gains in muscle mass. Train short and hard. And feed the muscles just enough to grow and repair muscle tissues. And QUALITY muscle will come to rest on your body. Not a little bit of muscle covered by a cloak of fat. That you then have to bust your arse to shift. ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS.
When I hit my goal weight of 165--170 at 5-8. I am going to show with monthly pics how I will increase muscle mass without becoming fat with this bulking nonsense.
Its the biggest flaw ever in physical culture history. If you are training hard enough. And eating just enough protein to repair and rebuild broken down tissues. You are going to build quality muscle plain and simple. I will prove that next year.
Regarding too much protein. Put in

It's pretty evident at this point you have no idea what you are talking about. I could show you a number of successful natural bulks with not much fat gain. One example off the top of my head, just search the username Znik. Nobody said you have to gain tons of fat during a bulk.

Listen the proof will be IN THE RESULTS. Some might make it work. It comes down to many factors. BODY TYPE beng a crucial one. This is your ego talking now to admit there could be better way is to say youve been wasting alot of time. And you are not about to do that are you?
So now you go into defense mode. Very understandable. But im going to prove it with monthly pics. And you will never see the six pack gone. This guy you want to show me. I already know he will be a mesomorph. The ideal body for weight training. So he only has to look at a weight and his muscles will grow. Ive seen it before. All im saying is there is another way less time consuming. You dont have to believe it. It will be shown.

maaaaaaan if you have to get all shredded to impress a girl, you are doing it wrong. If she really is that shallow why would you want a girl like that? you should want to get shredded because you want it.

I haven't wasted any of my time, in just over a year I'm down from 280lbs. My progress is undeniable at every stage. The whole body types thing is utter nonsense, he was obese, at that point you would have said he was an 'endomorph' and now he's muscular, what? Did his body type change? Want some advice, stop taking your advice from personal trainers, the majority of them have done a 6 week course and know nothing. Listen to the people here who have already achieved far more than you. Those people just want to help, not turn a profit.

I checked Znik looks very good. But he is 6 3. He isnt that big just defined with a nice balance. I dont take advice from personal trainers. I take advice from experience. Congrats on your progress. But you are/were basically in a fat loss phase. Which is where im at right now.
The start of next year is when I go for muscle mass. And prove it can be done from the bottom up. Thats all im saying. You can be lean and gain muscle mass.

You can gain a good 25--30 without bulking. And he didnt. At 6 foot 3 his natural bodyweght would already be around 14 stone or 196lbs.
So he has put on about 20lbs of muscle
When I started training I weighed around 150 lbs. And in my top shape will be between 168--170 lbs at 5 8". For every inch of height you add about 7--10 lbs of bodyweight. So with Znik being 6 3". He needs to be 216 to be a match to me at 170. To give you the example when I am 170. My arms and chest will still be bigger than his at 6 3".Last edited by sentinel3; 10-13-2013 at 08:03 AM.

So you can put on 20-30lbs of muscle without gaining a single lb? Please share your secrets, do you reduce bone density and organ size to offset the extra weight? You have no idea what his LBM was to start with. He's just finished a cut, completely glycogen depleted, of course he's going to be light. I feel like I'm conversing with sloth from the goonies here.
