Even though what you're doing is unhealthy, are you having any negative side effects from your health? Chest pains? Loss of breath?
If not then I guess keep going for it, if you're having chest pains and other negative sides then I'd suggest cutting down some weight, everyone's got a limit. Yours' is just freakishly better compared to everyone else on the MISCMakes bout $350/week crew ( srs )
Second Job because no social life crew ( totally ok with it )
Ex Dipper, Smoker, Vaper, **** can't control me cuz

iam not healthy. health has never been my goal. I do what I do despite health. I sacrifice my health to do what I love doing, ive gone through some of the most hardcore sacrifices you can imagine to get to where iam right now, I wont even go into detail but Ive never met anyone whos willing to go through what I have just to be big and strong.
I could explain my self as to why I do all this, but I don't feel the need. needless to say me and you feel differently about it, and so does everyone else, that's why iam this size/strength at my age and almost no one else is.

In on Babyslayer thread.
OP, I know you powerlift, but have you ever competed in strongman or are considering it? You'd be a beast in strongman if at a later time you cut down to below 300 and practiced the events. All lifts done RAW
523.5 Deadlift (conventional)
407.7 Back Squat (ATG)
237.3 Bench Press (powerlifter style, narrow grip, paused)

after finding out which one you were, i say keep going brah. if you pass out & .. you know, at least you were doing what makes you happy brah.
good luck stay safeWhen I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that being shredded was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘shredded’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.

Lmao at someone who weights 142lbs lecturing someone who weighs twice as much as him and then 60lbs more than that.
It's obvious he doesn't give a chit about moderation. You cannot go for world records in lifting with moderation. You cannot be the best at a physical activity with moderation. Maybe being one of the strongest people in the fuking world makes him happy? You're looking a bit silly.
Anyway Babyslayer you're a freak of nature. Do you think you're gonna be able to get close to Benni's 1015lb dead? What is it looking like atm, high 800s?***70's Diet Crew***

The day you started lifting is the day you became forever small, because you will never be as big as you want to be.

since so many seem to care about my health
I don't care, if I knew continuing on this path would kill my in a few years I wouldn't stop
this is what I live for, this is what I love, this is who iam
I have sacrificed my looks for years
sacrifices my self esteem for years
destroyed my skin with stretch marks, acne scars, and by stretching it out
I have taken years off my life im sure
I have probably destroyed my natural hormonal system
Iam sure if I live long enough I will live in pain due to my lifting
I WILL get severe injuries that will have me addicted to painkillers or living in pain
I have developed eating disorders from bulking for so many years and cutting so hardcore for so long in the past
this is what hardcore is, this is what it taken me to get to here, and even more than I have mentioned.
I understand its not for everyone, and im happy about that, because I can just sacrifice more than other people are willing too and accomplish my own dreams, that make my life worth living for me and give me purpose and make me want to wake up in the morning

And what good is all that strength and size when you are dead within 5 years? Will your family and those that love you care about any of that when you are gone? Mindblown at your utter lack of caring about your own life and health.
What you have is an addiction, no different than what a drug addict or alcoholic has.
I really believe you need some professional help.
Good luck my brother.

no, I don't find my self attractive, I mean some do obviously, but generally no I don't consider my self attractive unless im lean.
its not about girls tho, I cant expect any of you to understand that its really not about aesthetics, health, girls, none of that. if there was a chance you could understand where im coming from id try to explain it to you.. but you cant explain extreme dedication to something that most people don't want, or give a **** about... like being super strong
