The first two sets of 8 are normal tempo, the last set of 6 is with 5 second negatives.
after that I did some 1 legged calf raises, incline bench and one other random thing.
No poptarts yet today, just a strawberry Syntha-6 rtd, 2 banana and peanut butter sandwiches, some almonds and some chocolate mint proats in a bit.![]()

Rough night as my son kept waking up so stims saved my ass at 5 am for training.

Overall this morning was great, I was alert and stayed focused on the very slow, tension building movements.
I'm sore which is great. Post training I had 1 cup oats, 8 egg whites and half cup of mixed veggies, a Syntha-6 shake shortly after, banana 2 scoops.
Just finished 2 chicken breasts and 1 cup brown rice.
Hungry is hungry.
I plan to do 1-2 weeks off HRT with 3 sets of 12 with 3 exercises per body part focus.
Then back on HRT. Lets say every 2 eight day cycles.
