I don't think anything needs adding to be honest braw, though I think just a bit (any type what-soever) would be really fine with such an haircut bro. It look's fine as it is I think, without any wax etc - or if so just a bit but not much at all - just so it looks like it has the "gelled look" or similar at the top.

i think i goofed. got my haircut finally at a salon (first time going to one) and i asked to get the pampadour type cut and he came up with this.

dont think it works as well with asian hair and from the side view this cut looks kinda weird

Fuuuu-, for that total price you could have gotten a better pomade I think. Murray's is just great because it is good, classic, and in America you can walk down to your local CVS/Walgreens/whatever and get it for 3 bucks.

I would get a fade with curls on top. I know 2 guys from school with the same texture as you and it suits them pretty well.

seriously though, get a haircut based on your head and face shape. if you are not sure ask your barber.

I also have bushy eyebrows and bags under my eyes (allergies). trim your brows (youtube: alpham eyebrows) and get a cold gel eye mask. seems to work for me.

What should I do with my hair:


Can I pull off one of those aesthetic super tight cuts where I keep my hair long up top and shave the sides? Also want to keep the beard and see how that goes possibly. I've been getting sort of tight haircuts but nothing extreme and thinking about switching it up but I may not have the confidence to pull it off.

Here is my hair with yesterdays leftover pomade in it, about 20 seconds of combing, and watching NASCAR, eating wings, drinking beer and generally being American on this sunny, 90 degree day.





For traditional men's haircuts nothing beats pomade. If you plan on using it do a little research though or you will end up hating it; thinking you just rubbed globs of Vaseline in your hair (which you sort of did do).

So brahs my hair is thick and wavy/curly. I'd love to rock this. Do I need pomade, or something else? Regular gel just is not cutting it anymore. When I come out of the shower, comb it back, and gel it it looks perfect. But there is not enough hold for all day and it ends up getting a little messed up.
