    trained legs and delts yesterday but was getting bad shin splints doing any squats and pressing so I only did 315 x 8 and did a ton of isolations instead.

    No. Like maybe in a year.

    Continue bulking and growing. I'm lean enough as it is anyway. The way I "bulk" isn't much of a dreamer bulk. I basically re-comp and maintain body weight, gain muscle and then proceed to a higher weight.

    Uhh nah. I weighed like 227 yesterday. Which is like a 4 lb increase since last week lol. If I managed to hit 230 I'd be pretty happy.

    forgot to mention I barely ate yesterday ffs (could barely finish my meal at the pub! Saturday night screwed me up).. I got pretty drunk and slept face down on some apartment floor this morning, made for a nice transit ride back home back has never felt better lmao

    Finally getting some kind of appetite back. Had some fish n chops today before heading to the gym so I wasn't too too dead.



    got an interview at a gym this thursday..

    I forgot to mention about this other prospect I tried hitting up, he ran a gym and was apparently looking for personal trainers.

    Couldn't get a hold of him for a few days (honey moon in mexico apparently)

    well I get a call the other day...Turns out he was arrested in Texas for a fukin MURDER 1 he allegedly committed in 1988.
