i used glucosamine chondroitin with msm for a long time. I stopped taking it to try out cissus and have never looked back. all I got from gluc/chond/msm was an allergy to crab that I never had before. I used to destroy some all you can eat crab legs. Cant touch it now.

You just missed a long conversation of different liniments people ITT use a few pages ago, allergic2rice decided to lather himself with all of it before waiting for it to kick in and was rewarded with days of that sweet, sweet burn lol
edit: bro day before max week and hungover as fuhkk, anyone else notice that your hangover is slightly reduced as you train through a workout? Something about metabolic activity and bloodflow I would assume?follow me on IG @ampUP11

I can eat the hell out of some shrimp, but crab has me puking 3 hours after eating. It happened 3 times and I've never eaten it again. The 1st time I thought I just had bad crab. The 2nd time I started to wonder and after the 3rd time I knew I was allergic. I haven't tried lobster for fear I'll get sick. I hate puking about as much as anything that I hate.

That's where I did a lot of reading. I would just find characters you like on there and pick story arcs.
I like the Planet Hulk/World War Hulk arc, but that's just me.

Well I was pretty drained today so my performance wasn't what I was hoping for.
I finished the day with a 644 squat a 474 bench and a 534 pull and a 1652 raw total weighing in at 225. I won my class but a 64 year old dude showed up and when they don't bomb they pretty much take best lifterIt'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife
