Currently sitting on 168 lbs, trying to bulk up to 182 lbs by 1/8/13.
Would getting around 150 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs daily be sufficient to do this?
Usually consists of:
eggs/tuna/chicken
pasta/rice/potatoes
Reflex instant mass
Doing a three times a week version of WS4SB as well
thanks

Set caloric intake to 110% to 120% of TDEE.
Ensure sufficient fat and protein intake as well as micronutrient sufficiency. Compose your remaning calories from whatever mix of macronutrients you prefer.
Obviously, if your diet is composed from the foods you list, it would be acutely deficient and very unhealthy, but perhaps you don't care about health or outcome but for weight gain.

Consuming more than 6 to 12 ounces of tuna per week is known to pose health risks.
Consuming two meals of processed fast food (protein shakes) per day is not bad in and by itself, but it looks like your entire diet, including those shakes, is acutely deficient and thus those shakes can be displacing proper, nutrient dense foods.
