Help me out guys! Didn't stay safe tonight on squat/dl day.
Same routine/stretch routine, but something went wrong apparently
Getting a bad pain in my left hip, sort of where the femur connects to the hip deep inside. Walking is fine, but anything turning my foot outwards shoots pain through it.. :/
any advice/stretches/anything? Besides just resting it?
Just not back up to my old numbers before a calf injury....this could be devastating

Take it easy for now, and if it's not back to normal in the next couple days I would strongly recommend seeing some kind of specialist. Try to avoid any kind of activity including walking. It sounds like some kind of joint injury, similar to my AC joint separation years ago. Some movement was ok, but some planes of motion caused immense pain

Sup SCC. Many of you know that I am finally ending my cut so I wanted to post a couple pictures. Hopefully this will motivate some of you to keep pushing through what can seem like a never ending cut at times. My journey started January 1st 2012 sick of how I looked and weighing in at a whopping 230 pounds. Unfortunately, I did not know that I would push myself this far so I do not have shirtless pictures of this weight. I do however have pics from 190 so we'll go with that. Time frame is 7 months dieting for the below pictures with 2 diet breaks and constantly switching between no carbs and low carbs. I'm confident if I just would have stuck with lower carbs (100-200 daily) instead of going back and forth I would have hit my goal much sooner. Speaking of hitting goals, I really wanted to cut another 10 pounds or so but the advice from the more experienced is "time to put on some mass son" so I'm gonna listen instead of being hard headed for once in my life. Been lifting 3 months. I wish I started sooner.

Probably the toughest day so far in my cut. Low energy, and hunger all dayyyyyyyy. Stayed safe though. Going to go to sleep so i don't give in to demolishing any poptarts.

Want to lose 20lbs before my beach trip at the begining of June. That would put me around 150ish. I have been on that IF time but have only lost like 8lbs in like 3 months,but I do look leaner. Should I just stay on the IF time and try my damnedest to get to at least 160(170 now). Or try another kind of diet or whatnot? Thanks brosiffs!

Props on the decision man, i'll probably be in your shoes in about 2-3 lbs (at 140lbs) and deciding whether to stay in this crew or move onto LBC. That feel when you continue your cardio for another 10 minutes and need to eat 400 more calories but you can't because you're too full... Also anyone who wants to make tacos without adding the macros for using the taco seasoning this is godly...

In on this thread. I will cutting on 2.3k Cals on my 4 lifting days and 2k on non lifting days. I will also be doing one carb refeed Saturday on my chest day since my chest looks like that of a small boy right now. Also this JA cake looks so good will be hitting the store on Friday to get dem goods. Currently 192 lbs which is the heaviest I have been in years which I am pretty happy about.
