Thanks to everyone at AEN for letting me log Creatine RT, IntraXCell, and Green Coffee Extract!
Disclaimer to the Sponsored Log Police-- I have permission from both companies to log ErgoTest and these products at the same time. The ErgoTest log focuses on libido, while this one focuses on my endurance training.
Got the Green Coffee Extract a few weeks ago, and have been taking it with my vitamins and fish oil, right before breakfast and dinner. It has helped with brief periods of intermittent fasting as well as trying out carb back-loading. Basically, I have been using it to get the majority of my carbs and calories around my running schedule.
IntraXCell willl be great, as I am a huge beta alanine fan for endurance training. I am interested in the Creatine RT as it is a type of creatine that I have yet to try. Here and there I will add a stim, but have been using stims for weightlifting lately and going the non stim route for running as I have really been monitoring my heart rate while running at different speeds.
I used the Creatine RT and IntraXCel for my lift yesterday as well as my 10 mile treadmill run today. It was very helpful for endurance while keeping my heart rate low.

Thanks to everyone for following along already. Got up early with the wife today for 3 treadmill miles, a core workout, and some light(er) weight squats.
Was a little sore at the beginning of the run after a mid afternoon 10 miles yesterday, but was really able to kick it in after the first mile was over.
It has been tough trying early morning fasted workouts without a pre workout stim, but I can already tell this log will work well. The green bean extract curbs my appetite and I like doing some of these recovery runs fasted with the help of beta alanine and creatine.
So far so good after already using this stack for 3 workouts. The watermelon creatine RT tastes and mixes great, and the beta alanine caps are very convenient.Nutrabolt Lead Company Rep

Scheduled off day yesterday with a 14+ hour day at work to get a 4.8hr flight in before the snowstorm hit this afternoon.
Shoulders and a 5 mile run using the home gym today. Same stack with a cheap 200mg caffeine pill really does the trick. Workout tomorrow will depend on whether it not the base is closed.Nutrabolt Lead Company Rep
