got leg power day today.woke up & my protein came already. that was damn fast. i ordered the 2kg split & got 1kg vanilla and 1kg chocolate. also got a satchel of creatine. no longer natty lol
going back to 1 scoop of whey a day. makes life so much easier. don't have to force down tuna & cottage cheese & plain gy. & i can finally try the jeff alberts cake one of these days.
have no idea how much longer i have to cut i am just going by the mirror rather than a number but still using the scales for progress.
this is a stock pic of that shirt i got. i will have to work on filling it out. lol

How do you guys feel about drinking milk on a cut? Last couple of days I've been making a nice sized shake consisting of two scoops protein powder, about 2 cups fat free organic milk, and 2 tsps of natty peanut butter. I realize this is like a 600 calorie shake but I really enjoy it and fit it in with my macros. Any downside to taking this right before bed? Is milk typically frowned upon?

dammit my cut will have to wait another 3 weeks. sick right now so eating at maintenance then in little over a week I'm going on vacation for 2 weeks. I will probably still be able to get some hotel gym workouts in but no way I'm dieting on vacation lulz. I might even just switch to bulk and get some last minute gains + strength

Same here lol. 1.8k today and im good..but prob since the weekend cheat is helping contain the hunger still.
Im not doing anymore refeeds because the high carbs make me hungry as fk..only thing Ill do is increase the amount of oats by 1 cup or so whenever I feel like I need more carbs

Ice cream gives me the idgaf attitude and I just eat whatever afterwards. Never again.
I now realize that I should've never bought all that sht last week when I went grocery shopping. I had to hide the mini pb cup and mini snickers bags, oreos, and nutella from plain view so I'm not tempted lol.
Its going to take me at least 3 months just to get rid of all of it since they're so hard to fit in my macros, calorie dense as fk

Carbs, specifically sugars, are making you guys hungrier because it's most likely causing large fluctuations in your blood sugar levels. In a calorie deficit your hepatic/skeletal muscle glycogen stores will be on the lower side. When you ingest carbohydrates your blood sugar levels will more rapidly spike than with any other macronutrient and the depleted muscles/liver will suck whatever it can out of the blood stream leading to low blood sugar levels. Hypoglycemia will make you hungry as fuark bros, I find they impact my hunger least if I reserve a majority of them to strictly post workout or alongside an uber high protein meal.

I feel like a lot of you guys are hustling too hard and fellow cutters' posts get overlooked. We care about what you're up to, so try to care about what other cutters are saying, too. Tell us about your cut, but take interest in others' cuts as well, nom sayin? Love you guys <3 (no hate, jus sayin)
Bro, I would sht bricks if I came home from the gym and didnt have food pre-cooked. I cook enough of whatever I am eating that week so that I only have to cook one time. Easiest way.
Bro he probably doesnt even IF, so disregard. you will own him one day
Hershey cocoa? Are you havin a fukkin laugh mate? get walden farms chocolate syrup. tastes just like hot fudge (one can dream) and it is sweet so it sweetens all that sht up.
Refeed every 5th or 6th day for me, personally. i feel like 4 days isnt enough time to properly taper down and deplete before a carb up.
Hahaha lookin sick bro and by bro I mean pop that sht nikka!
IIFYM. as long as you arent lactose intolerant then fuq it.
if i ever had to talk to that kid face to face i would probably end up going to jail because I would smash his glasses into his eyes and then slit his throat with a butter knife. (no psycho)
Stay strong my brother.
Fukkin aliens man. Gets to the point where you dont even want to carb up anymore because youre nervous.
eat all carbs on carb up day before bed...profit in the morning. (just kidding dont do this or else you will be starving in the morning)
can never just eat one skinny cow.CLEAN_SET_OF_10
