maybe it looks nice when looking at the mirror xD

Ronnie Coleman actually did the same thing the year he brought his gut down, and I remember him talking about it. He said something like the trick was to always wear a belt, always keep his abs flexed/tight, and diet for a longer period of time.Originally Posted by oneshotGG

i really like this version of Dexter, not just the physique but he seems a lot more passionate about it now
