Missed weigh in this week. Was snowed in (huge winter storm in Northeast USA) and spent 4 days drinking wine and eating well with the girlfriend. Haven't stepped on a scale.
No negative changes in the mirror and the smaller clothes I've gotten to start wearing recently still fit well, but I imagine the next weigh in may not entirely be to my liking.

Had a pretty bad week.
On top of that, weight has stalled since Week 2.
Been eating pretty bad for last few weeks but my caliper tells me I'm still same bodyfat percentage. Good and bad. Good, that a week or two or more of bad eating can't really ruin your progress unless you go full retard. And bad, cause I might suck at measuring skin folds. So I'm not sure what to think right now.
I feel and look bloated right now from my bad eating which is normal. I feel a week or two and I will be back on track. What's weird, is I get impressed when I check myself out in the mirror. It's like I want to be lean, but I can't follow through. I think my self esteem is just high. I look very bulky. I wouldn't consider myself fat, but not lean either.
It just makes me wonder how far a long I could have been in terms of bodyfat and body composition had I stuck with my diet. It's like half way through the competition and I'm not where I want to be. But then I try to think that this is long term and I should stop trying to look for short cuts. That this is about changing my eating habits for good. Cause when I throw my diet away and binge, I go for the worse possible foods (dessert etc).
Even through all this, it's like I have this 'IDGAF' attitude. Like I don't care what people think of me. I just started calorie counting today (2k cal a day) so I am dieting right now and I will be working on my binge eating also.
Yes, dear diary moment lol. Maybe I should get one.Current: 15% BF
Goal: 10 - 12% bodyfat.

That sucks dude. I've been ill twice during the competition (once some flu like chest infection, lost 3kg without getting off the sofa that week) and the other with a bad bout of D+V. Sucks wanting to be able to go to the gym but not being able to, but it'll be good when you do get going again, you'll probably find yourself dead motivated for it. I'm heading down in the morning, going to try eating an hour and a half beforehand for a change, see how that affects my performance since I'm used to training fasted.
81lbs down, 36 to go.

Took fat tuesday a bit literally the past 3 hours. King cake, Vanilla shake, garlic bread, french fries and Tilapia. I feel like the dinner I just consumed would shame the most hormonally challenged pregnant women. Probs somewhere around 2500 cals, hahaha
October 26, 2012 - 292lbs

Good question, missing the afternoon coffee but trying to not drink my cals away so I bought this.....
Now motivated to crack open the bottle in my desk drawer.
Lol. The only thing I miss about pregnancy...the ability to pack away a double cheesburgers and bagels multiple times/week yet not gain much, if anything.
Edit:is winter over yet? *sigh*

Hey guys, not long back from the gym. I had a bowl of fat free yogurt this morning with a scoop of chocolate whey in it an hour and a half before I went to the gym, thinking this would give me an energy boost as I normally train fasted. Went on the treadmill first as usual and christ, it was grim. I could hardly run a mile at my usual speeds, let alone do 30mins. Won't be doing that again in a hurry! My lifting seemed about standard, though I did an extra set on a few exercises that I normally wouldn't have. Anybody ever experienced similar? If I do eat, should I do it a few hours previous (2-3) or stick with what I know to work for me?
