    Cellucor COR- Performance Whey

First let me start this review by saying I paid for these tubs out of my own pocket. The positive feedback the product line has received coupled with the awesome stack bb.com was running led me to give the products a try. In this thread I will be reviewing PB Marshmallow, Cinnamon Swirl and Cookies n Cream. If someone from Cellucor wants to hook me up with the Chocolate, Vanilla or some of those BCAA's I will gladly review those in this thread as well lol.

The packaging is phenomenal. I really dig the black tubs and scoops. This was my first purchase and only experience thus far with the Cellucor line but judging from these products and pictures online Cellucor seems to do a solid job with all of their packaging. With 130 calories and 25g of protein these powders are very macro friendly. If the taste matches up I may have a new addition to the protein rotation.

Up first this morning was the PB Marshmallow. I'm a PB fiend so I had to start there.

Immediately upon opening the tub you will be smacked in the face by a strong PB smell. To me it came across like you were making PB smores around a campfire. As I already mentioned the black scooper was a nice cosmetic touch.

Today I mixed 1 level scoop with 8 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I threw it in my mini blender (wish I had their Vortex) and noticed it mixed extremely fast. I've noticed with other brands there will be some chalky residue on the sides that sometimes doesn't blend properly but not with this blend. All of the powder mixed flawlessly.

Color was a light tan/brown similar to that of the regular PB2 powder. For me the taste carried both PB and the marshmallow all the way through. I thought of PB graham crackers. Kind of like you took PB, marshmallow and graham crackers and roasted them. Flavor was very unique. I have to give Cellucor props for doing something different. Sipped my cup down in 3-4 gulps with no problems. Slight PB aftertaste which was pleasant to me. I look forward to giving this more sips in the future.

Tomorrow will be Cinnamon Swirl. My favorite cereal in Cinnamon Toast Crunch so I can't wait!

Thanks. The Cinnamon Swirl smells great! Your recipes look awesome in your Cellucor thread (all your others too). I've yet to really try cooking with protein. I need to give one of your recipes a go.

This man does not lie...CS is 150% CTC.

OH, and PB Mallow? 150% incredible. I'm almost afraid to use it, it's too delicate.

Cinnamon Swirl is the best Cinnamon tasting protein out right now. Other companies are going to have a hard time trying to dethrone this one.

Tried the Cinnamon Swirl in 8oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk this morning. The smell out of the tub is amazing. The powder is a light color and isn't extremely thick.

I thought the cinnamon swirl mixed fantastic. As well as PB Marsh mixed this was better.

As for taste, wow! I was quite surprised. Very smooth. Had a buttery cinnamon taste to me. This has replaced Trutein's Cinnabun as my go to cinnamon shake. Not overly sweet. I doubt I would get tired of it like I did Cinnabun.

As Bob mentioned in his thread the taste is close to spot on for Cinnamon Toast Crunch lovers.
I might drink a shake and eat a bowl of CTC at the same time and die a happy man!

Up next is Cookies n Cream...

The smell out of the tub is once again fantastic. Smells like authentic cookies.

As you can see the color is that of a cookie fresh out of the oven. You can even see tons of specs of chocolate chips.

Once again I used 8oz of unsweetened almond milk. Powder mixed very well in a standard shaker cup.

Taste was again fantastic. Hard to choose between this and the Cinnamon Swirl. Two fantastic flavors. Right up there with Giant Sports version. Giant to me is more Oreo cookie whereas Cellucor is chocolate chip cookie. Both great choices. Really impressed with the Cellucor flavors I've tried. Hopefully I can get my hands on the other flavors in the future.

Toss up between CnC and Cinn Swirl. The PB Marsh is ok but pales in comparison to those 2. I really want to try the Strawberry and Chocolate. Cellucor hook me up!
