Recently found out one of the guys I work with owns a gym in the city. I knew he was a trainer but didn't think he actually would own a gym. Strikes me as the big, jacked, dumb guy stereotype but apparently not. Going to go down this week and check it out. Apparently he trains most of the guys that compete around here. Blew my mind.

Welp today is the day I start my journy down to competition weight. I am going to "diet" for a week prior to stepping on the scale. I have been a fat lazy blob this last month so I am guessing somewhere around 265 for a start weight. Plan is to get to 240 for April first.
edit: LOL @ Rakich. Good luck on your first gym membership★cVc★

When Dave and I met I was for and very thin. We got married and by the time our second kid was born I had gained over 100 pounds. He never said much and wasn't as into fitness as he is now. I made the decision in my own. He never "noticed". I started losing weight and by the time I wanted to work out he was more. He got me into running. There were a lot of times when I didn't want to listen to him though. I've lost almost 100 pounds and can now go periods without tracking cals. Plus I love running and lifting.
You can't make someone get healthy. You can tell your concern and be there. That is it. It's their choice.Sarah- NASM CPT

Just a little less green lol.
Today is supposed to be a workout day, but looks like I'll have to skip. I've had shortness of breath and I'm a little light headed since yesterday so will cool out tonight. I use to have a lot of allergies as a kid and slightly asthmatic, but pretty much out grew most of it (too bad I didn't outgrow height wise ) but it is what it is. Can't be 100% healthy all of the time.My Bahamian Photo Album <'))><
