I ate hot pot last night and I think I ate too much protein. I ate 8 plates of lamb, a bunch of quail eggs, 3 plates of shrimp, 2 plates of fish, and 3 plates of beef. I just took 3 huge dumps in the last hour. I'm talking about giant oak tree logs coming out of my anus brahs

Guys I just had my real first legendary cheat meal in 2 months and 5 days. 2 14 inch Papa John's All the Meats pizza and I drank the 2 extra garlic butters like I was downing a shot of Jack Daniels. All I gotta say is 7400 calories of pure happiness in my stomach.

I don't even think I can cheat daily even when I start my cycle but I will eat proteins like a monster this time. I've been planning on the meats for each meal. I figure I should stay pretty cut even while eating way more with this. So far I figure I should get in 4 good sized portioned meals a day with about 700-800 calories and for carbs I'm only going to eat sweet potatoes / yam cause I can eat this all day cause it rocks the body that rocks the party. Then on 2 days I'll substitute the one of the yams for either pasta or white rice. For each meal it's 10-12 ounces of meat.
Meal
1 - either cow/alligator/kangaroo/lamb/pig/chicken and 2 cups of yams
2 - either cow/alligator/kangaroo/lamb/pig/chicken and 2 cups of assorted veggies
3 - either cow/alligator/kangaroo/lamb/pig/chicken and 2 cups of yams
4 - either cod/tuna/salmon/trout and 2 cups of assorted veggies
3 protein shakes with 2 scoops in between the solid meals.
fruits whenever mostly bananas cause they grease up the joints, Honeydew cause it rocks, and watermelon.
10 min before bed I'll drink some BSN True Mass.Let's put a smile on that face :)

My upper legs grew 1/4 inch since I started hitting legs twice a week now doing Dorian Yates leg routine for the last 3 weeks. He's the only bodybuilder who doesn't believe in squats.
My leg routine
leg extension - 4 sets 12 reps
sitting leg press - 4 sets 12 reps
dumbbell lunges - 3 sets - 10 reps
vertical leg press on smith machine - 4 sets 10 reps
lying hamstring - 4 sets 12 reps
deadlifts - 4 sets 10 reps
smith machine calf raises - 3 sets 15 reps
sitting calf raises - 3 sets 15 repsLet's put a smile on that face :)

I'm finding that when I used to say I don't want legs to be too big, its like when guys that dont workout would tell me they don't want to get too big. I was thinking they'd grow really fast, and then I would just do maintenance.
But I've been hitting ass to grass squats twice a week for 3months now and they still aren't up to where I'd like them to be. They have definitely gotten bigger, and some of it is probably the noob gains since I didn't really workout legs hard for a couple years at least.
I don't want huge legs where pants are hard to buy, but I'm finding that it doenst' happen as fast as I used to think it would. My ass has grown, but thats ok cause I wanted to add a little cushion to my asian butt anyway.My vids

How many days a week do you guys rest? Even with the daily massages now I'm beginning to find myself sore sometimes and think I need to have rest days. For the last 2 months 1 week I've only rested 4 days because of business trips and 2 days I was sick.
