    Cool Dayton, Ohio people

    Hello all,

    New to Dayton, OH.
    I know that there have been Dayton threads before, I've searched them but they're all disgustingly outdated.

    Ectomorph, looking to gain some mass. Need a gym partner. I workout at Drake's on 3nd street in downtown Dayton, or in my apartment complex basement (it'd be funny if someone else here lived there...). Not a complete newbie, been training about a year now seriously. Made some great gains, ~30lbs doing so with little diet, supplementation and no personal guidance.

    So if anyone is interested in pairing up for some lifting, bouncing knowledge and ideas off one another, and motivating each other, friend me up.
