10 month progress pics of SS 16 years old (srs)
started 10 months ago on SS 117 lbs 5'8 with a whopping 85 lbs max bench press 2 weeks ago i started on lyle mcdonalds bulking routine and its working relly well my BF is just to high after almost 10 months of bulking im planning soon to cut down and continue bulking.
before:
(lol i was flexing)
current:
strong glutes
happy with my results my current weight is 172 lbs (lots of water weight and bf is high would be much lower if i was leaner) my current lifts (not sure of maxes) bench 160 lbs 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps squats (high bar ATG) 200 lbs 3-4 sets 8-10 reps deadlift 315 lbs 1x5
