I heared that 'dark chocolate' helps suppresses appetite and I just tryed eating one after a 600 calorie meal, i wasnt really full from it (cutting) after I had 2 pieces of dark chocolate, I didnt chew them, just keep sucking they taste great at the beggining but then you might not like its taste I felt like vomiting and it really did suppress my appetite..
I think this might be usefull:

Actually for me, it DID work and suppress my appetite, and the chocolate was 60% cocoa.. thats something important..
What do you guys think about this? have you tryed it before?
Try it after meals, and see what it does 2-3 pieces is about 60-90 calories, and worth it, suck it, dont chew it, and tell me if it did suppress your appetite?

Not sure a 100 calorie piece of chocolate is for a an appetite suppressant beyond a mental one. (zomg chocolate!! dont eat no morezzzz). Caffeine is great and free of calories. Also, if you are going to spend calories on not being hungry perhaps a hug serving of veggies, sf/ff jello, or protein fluff would do a better job.

Seems like caffeine on its own does not suppress: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21346100
