Is it okay if I have my legs closer than an olympic squat if I'm squatting heavy? It feels WAY better for me/my knees.
I just put my feet closer, more pointed forward (not straight ahead, just like a 30degree) and everything just works out a lot better IMO.
Is this okay? What are the downfalls to this, if any?
Advice? Thoughts?
