i just started taking ZMAs on monday and i havent had a drink since sunday and i would like to have some but i was wondering if it would be bad since im taking ZMAs.
if anyone knows please let me know. i will have my drinks in like 10 mins .
if its bad then i wont take the pills

i also worked out today so i really would like to take them
and drink some so if its cool i will just didnt want to **** **** up.

both. born in elgin and go to school at NIU.
i wouldnt take them at the same time as you drink, it would probably be wasted. but it's certainly not going to hurt if you take them an hour or so before drinking. (or even a little after)********
