Sorry - have to disagree with the above posters. I have been using Fyre for about a month now & it DEFINITELY makes me nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach. I always work out at 5am so my stomach isn't exactly ready for much - I normally take my multi & a few fish oil pills prior to my workout, but the last time I did that and took Fyre I came really close to losing it while on the treadmill.
Now I drink a protein shake first, then take the Fyre, but leave the fish oil until after my workout. No more nausea.John McCain:
"You know, I think you may have noticed that Senator Obama's supporters have been saying some pretty nasty things about Western Pennsylvania lately. And you know, I couldn't agree with them more. I couldn't disagree with you. I couldn't agree with you more than the fact that Western Pennsylvania is the most patriotic, most god-loving, most, most patriotic part of America, and this is a great part of the country."

Lipo 6 kept me up all night long. Even if I only had 2 caps in the morning, I'd have to take sleeping pills at night to zonk me out. I can drink all the coffee or soda I want, but those pills wouldn't let me sleep at all. I couldn't even finish the bottle and I've tried several times. Is it the caffeine or something else? Should I look into a caffeine free thermogenic? Do those even work?
