If you get fed up with eating eggs, chicken, turkey, salmon or tuna fish...
Why don't we start listing some alternative sources of protein to help us vary our everyday menus ?
Ok! I'll start !
Here are a few alternative protein sources I sometimes use. Sorry but I don't know the exact protein value of the different items. Maybe someone could help me and provide the numbers...
- ostrich
- shrimps
- crab
- buffalo
- crocodile ( I only had that one once and am wondering how much protein it contains )
ok guys! Let's make the list longer
