How should I feel after a workout?

Today I did my max weight, and forced myself to do 15 reps every time. I got a ood pump, but now my arms hurt when I pickup anything with any real weight. In other words, I am really sore. Is this normal?

15 reps? for wat...how u feel after a workout depends on the intensity of it and what you did prior to the workout.

Well more reps will obviously increse the intensity. It was a good workout. should I start upping weight after I can lift this weight with NO problem, or start upping right away?

I met a guy at the gym today that told me skinny guys should do more reps to get mroe definition and a full workout. I normally do 12reps, 8reps, and then 6 reps. He told me if I do 15-10 reps 3-5 times I will get a better pump and show muscle growth faster.

    Any opinions on that?

He doesn't have a damn clue what he's talking about... try out different rep ranges, see what works best for you. I'm guessing the usual 8-10 for size. Nothing will happen if your not eating good though.
