does drinking/eating a lot of dairy make u more slugish??? if it does should i avoid it period or just on game days?
I wouldn't drink a glass of milk right before a game or anything, but completely cutting it from your diet seems a little bit extreme. I'm not totally positive on this, but I think any kind of dairy takes a long time to digest.

I also eat a ton of cottage cheese. Other than that, I eliminate EVERY other kind of dairy product known to make - synthetic or natural. All depends on what you're eating, you'd have to be more specific.
