    High Incline Treadmill Walking

    A buddy of myne told me that walking on a treadmill on a pretty high incline is just as good if not better than jogging on it or using the eliptical machine for the same amount of time. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

    When i did this, I noticed that the total number of calories burned were higher than some other guy who was jogging on flat. I know the calories burned as told by the machine is not perfect, but still, it was a good difference in numbers, in the hundreds.

    By the way, i walked at 4.5 km/h on around 8 degrees.
