Post My Red Acid and SesaGlow from Controlled Labs - Massive cut/fat loss stack!

I'm going to be starting my massive cutting phase/stack now. I'm going to be stack Red Acid and SesaGlow from Controlled Labs. I'll be doing a lot of cardio to get my body fat to 6%, then bulk after that.

Basically, I'm using Red Acid and SesaGlow from Controlled Labs as well to help accelerate my cut lightning fast and to force it to high speeds, much like using Airplane Fuel, or Nitrous, in a car to help increase an engine's horsepower and clean the engine internals flushing sludge out of it (like flushin' toxins out of your body).

With this, my goal is to cut at 130 MPH (3.8 lb loss/week)!

Here are my current pictures at my current weight of 153 lbs. Based on majority of estimates here using my pictures, my body fat percentage is 17%. I'm hope to get it to low levels.

I will be ordering the supplements soon, but I wanted to go ahead and get a start on this log.

I got that semi-tan from working in the sun and simmering heat. I work as cart pusher at Wal-Mart, and it gets pretty hot out there. I wear sunscreen to keep from getting sunburnt. I have gotten sunburnt several times. The places untanned are places where I have had clothes on.

Why are you cutting when your 153 lbs.? You should work on building more muscle right now and over time as you build more you will be recomping your body.

Second, do not attempt to lose 3.8 lbs. per week, that is way too much you will lose muscle, shoot for no more than a 2lb. loss per week.

the links to the pics arent working for me. naturalguy is right, 3.8 pounds per week is too much to cut and is not ideal, aim lower like he said. Also, remember to start with the initial dosing pattern on red acid to make sure your body is ok with the compounds. good luck

    I'll go for the 2 lbs/week instead.

i would not try to lose too much weight.. Instead, I would look to recomp as it doesn't appear to me like you have a lot of muscle..

I would definitely pick up some BCAA/EAAs during this diet of yours to try to preserve whatever it is that I have under my fat.

Look to change up the macronutrient ratio between carbs/fats/protein more in favor of protein and less towards carbs.

ummm you havnt already been cutting? 3.8 lbs/week is unhealthy. bulk up, the mass will help with definition.

I had been bulking up before, from 135 lbs or so, but it turned out very badly. I was on some depression pills which caused serious fat gain. It resulted in a very dirty bulk particularly from 145 to 155 where the gain was all fat. The drug really slowed my metabolism down and caused carb/sugar cravings which I normally don't have. Because of the marked lethargy from the pills, I wasn't working out either as I slept 14 hours a day.

This is why I'm cutting. I just started cutting but haven't been losing the 3.8 lbs/week. I mentioned about going that speed when starting this massive stack.

    Mr. Aries,

What's a more reasonable body fat % I should get to before I bulk again, btw. I am not on that anti-depressant no more, thank God. I'm glad I'm off it.

    What does BCAA/EAAs stand for?

im sorry to hear that. with that said, i still think with a clean bulk you can get some great results. you can put on a pound a week and stay very lean. "bulk" doesnt mean eating everything in sight to put on weight (for some it does). best of luck with your goals whichever you pick.

It's not that bad now aside from what I've been having from the Lexapro-crash recently.

The first two weeks off the drug, I seemed to feel good and relaxed and very motivated. After 2+ weeks of stopping it, though, I started to get some severe anxiety and feeling like I was going into depression again. This time, it was more anxious-ridden depression rather than the super agitated, rageful kind I had on the drug (which I wrongly blamed on whey protein at the time).

I had stopped the drug cold-turkey because it was causing me to actually cycle from real high high's and bad lows pretty fast. The highs it caused were followed by bad lows. I did a lot of crazy stuff on that drug.

    edit:
the drug had made me so apathetic and not give a damn that it interfered with my bulk in this way as well. When I went off it, I got so depressed as well because of what I had done to my body from the dirty bulk. This is because the apathy had gone away. Other things were getting to me, too, since stopping it as I was getting more concerned about important matters in my life due to elimination of SSRI apathy. I let so many things slip by on that drug even my checking account.

fyi, I took 40mg of Lexapro.

Look to change up the macronutrient ratio between carbs/fats/protein more in favor of protein and less towards carbs.
After seeing the photos, I agree with John Lee. I would definately use the SesaGLOW during your recomp.

Failed bulk from 135 lbs to 155 lbs.

Read more about it here in the starting post of my other cutting log.
    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...22&postcount=1

My normal weight range is in the 130's.

In this cut, I'm planning to cut to maybe 11-14% BF (below 15% for sure) and then bulk.

sundance, is that you? you were the one who claimed whey protein caused depression, right? whatever the reason you decided to make a new name, good luck with your cut and conditioning.

sure this is the bodybuilding.com forum, but it doesnt necessarily mean you must be into bodybulding to fit in around here. your goals may be different than most around these parts, but it is your body so do what you want to do. while i do recommend getting more muscle on you, all the muscle in the world wont do a thing for you if its not what would make you happy.

if you insist on cutting, make sure you take it slow and easy. it is very possible to end up looking and feeling worse than you started if you dive too hard into it.

    Thanks.

It was never the whey protein that was aggravating it afterall. It was the drug Lexapro screwing things up.

I'm considering trying the whey again, but I will keep a lookout on things. Taking into account that I've been crippled with bad anxiety and depression for last few days and having to take a bit of GABA and Magnesium Glycinate several times a day to calm it down, I may hold it off for some time. I still have some left-over ON Whey from mid-late April.

The mods let me start a new name due to various reasons and other issues that had been going on with the other one. Someone had also written a false and embarassing story about me when I had that username as well. The last time the old name was used was on May 30th.

I've been coming up with a soundtrack for my cutting program. I have compiled different songs from my music collection. So far, I have compiled about 50 songs making my soundtrack about three CD's worth.

I have listed the first 16 of the songs here, though they are not in the order I plan to have them in. I will upload the rest to the server soon and list them here later.

These songs are in mp3 format. I put a comment below each link that shows what I wrote inside the comment box of each MP3 ID3 Tag indicating what each song means concerning my program.

One of the ways you can download the files is to Right Click on the link, then click "Save Target As", and then pick the folder to where you want to save the file at, then click "Save."

    2 Unlimited - Maximum Overdrive
    MP3 ID3 Tag comment:
I put my cutting program in MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE!!!!

Looking at your pics, there is no way you should be cutting. You should be concentrating on building muscle, which over time will lower your bodyfat by recomping.

I want to get at least get back to 135-140 because I was at a decent fat% at that weight range to begin with, and that's my normal weight range as well.

I just started cutting because I had already just come off of an abyssmal ~20 lb bulking phase. I was on those damn depression pills the whole time while bulking, and they caused me to gain fat. More about it here:

Ok, I think there is a serious learning curve here.

My long term goal is to be bulked up and built. However, I don't want to be really big or anything; just very strong, very lean; but not big in particular.

I just want to readily get down to my normal weight range first which had me at a decent fat% to begin with.

I can't stand it when psych drugs mess with your program.

Not a problem, but you realize that this may not be optimal for your long term goal correct ?
