Hi there,
Im looking for a bit of advice,im a keen bodybuilder but over the last 12 months i have developed quite a bit of fat on my chest"nipple area" i thought i might of got bitch tit but after speaking to a doctor i realise i havent.The nipples are really sensitive and its quite annoying as i feel im good shape but this is really bothering me.Has anyone got any advice?

Puffy, AND sensative? Sounds like gyno to me. I would see another doctor ASAP. The sooner, the better, as if it is gyno, it can only get worse.

to reduce systemic estrogen
aromatase inhibitor (reccomend aromasin)
for estrogenic fat and puffyness
topical yohimbine (reccomend yohimburn es)
to help with prolactin (dopamine drugs)
selegiline
cabergoline

Did you take any supps that messed with hormone levels or did you just get it from lifting?
