    Hot wings with extra blue cheese dressing. though little, those things are very very full of fat and calories (weight watchers marks one hotwing as 3 points! [~10% of points for the day], gf is on that program).

    Hot wings are good, though I get frank's redhot sauce to get a semi fix with my tuna and spicy mustard sandwiches by putting it on top. Not the same, yet eat for the body not for the tongue.

    Actually I dont believe it, I know it does, I lost 50 pounds by doing this for wrestling, I had my diet written out for me by a nutritionist, this is done by many college wrestlers, It does work whether your pathetic mind can comprehend the idea or not, I'm sorry tho bro I'm sure your just some puny kid kicking it behind his computer screen, I didnt come on here to start some bullsh!t with anyone I was simply offering what has worked for me and what has been prescribed time and time again, but logically please tell me since your so smart and all, how this would not work....I'd like to here this. Also bro a small meal to me is classified as a tuna sandwich on wheat bread an orange and 8 ounces of water.
