I'm 2 weeks into my 1test 4ad cycle and yesterday at the gym I heard my shoulder pop while bench pressing. Couldn't finish my workout. Doesn't hurt too much today. But should take a week off just as a precaution. My question is what to do with my cycle make it a 2 week on 2 week off, Continue as is , or any other suggestions would help greatly.
I would keep it up for a few days. I hurt my back while on some time back and noticed it got better twice as fast a usual.
I think the PH helped me recover faster.
It is going to depend on how bad you hurt yourself. Try it, but be very careful
when you lift again and seek Medical attention if you have not recovered.
