    bulk, cut or otherwise?

    hey guys so im 16, somewhere between 5ft11 and 6ft and about 175lbs (no legs LOL) at 20ish% bodyfat. i did alot of calisthenics before and just started seriously lifting and i dont know whether to bulk or cut. really appreciate it if u cud give me an indication of what to do with my current situation. thanks

    alrite sweet will do what do u recommend a surplus to be? 500 on training days and 200 on off days?
