all the "whole wheat" bread at the super market has HFCS but there is one brand (the store brand) which only has partially hydrogenated oils in it instead, I'm aware both are bad, but which is worse?

Trans fats(hydrogenated oils) by a LONG SHOT. Neither is good at all, avoid them if you can, but TFA'S/partially hydrogenated/fractionated oils are the ABSOLUTE WORST.
Trans-fatty-acids aren't even suitable for animals, and farmers won't even allow products with TFA's to be fed to their pigs, so chew on that thought for a secondLast edited by ElMariachi; 04-15-2006 at 11:50 PM.

Spiders are like offensive linemen, the best ones do their job and you never notice them.
An obvious example of New Math.
