    Betaine Anhydrous

    I currently use a product with this in it and was wondering if anyone else noticed benefits for knee pain while taking it? I use on a regular basis, Jarrow's joint formula and Primaforce Cissus and it helped to some degree but when I took the creatine with betaine anhydrous out of the mix, my knee pain returned.

    I asked a company rep a while back whether it was the creatine helping my knees and he said it was the betaine anhydrous. Any thoughts?
