Herro everyone, please check out my virgin gains after 3 months of training mostly doing pushups and bicep curls to begin with (Tried to deadlift my bed once almost broke it LOL!).
I've signed up to a gym now though and I train 7 days a week for about 40mins to an hour a day I try and concentrate mostly on deadlift and and squats as i've found (based on my own internet research) are supposed to be the best for gaining muscle mass + strength, my deadlift is pretty good I lifted my bodyweight on my first day trying it, admittedly with bad form but 80% of my body weight and i was fine keeping my back straight, my squats are pretty bad as my range of motion around the hips is terrible so no ass -to-the-grass there plus could only do like 20% BW.
Anyhoo I hope to share my progress with you guys and make friends/enemies along the way.
