    Do u have an ultimate goal that u want to reach? For example do u have a certain weight that u want to reach and then u will maintain that weight for life? or do u just want to get as big as u can?

    i wanna beat 200 pounds ripped/lean


    right now i am at aobut 195 bulk so ill be cutting up at like 187 leans/ripped hopefully....... so hopefully in like 2 or three years ill be able to live up to the ulitme goal

    I know a guy at school that i look up to, hes a couple years older than i am. Hes 6'3 215 and looks awesome, he has basically what most ppl would consider the ideal body. My goal is to look similar to him. Im 6'1 180 now and i figure by next year ill be closer to 6'2 and hopefully more like 195-200 lbs so i think i can achieve it if i work hard enough.

    After i hit about 210 or so i think ill be good. Ill keep lifting to maintain that weight and hopefully get stronger, faster, leaner.

    Get my natural pro card in 1-3 years.
    Become the top natural bodybuilder in the US or at least my section of the country and stay there until i hit 35.

    mm my guess is that at 7%, it would be hard to put on muscle at that level, thats a pretty lean body compostion, u do need to have fat to put on muscle, whether its healthy or not i dont know, but for bodybuiliding purposes 7% is abit to low
